The solution is designed to collect and process data at every touchpoint in the production process:

• Intelligent identification: Utilizing machine vision and sensors to identify products and make accurate sorting decisions within the production line.

• Process monitoring: Track processing time and history at each machine station via PLC controller.

• Quality control (QC): Assessing quality based on real-world data, allowing for the immediate removal of defective products.

• Data digitization: Assigning unique identifiers to products and synchronizing data to a central management system.

To ensure data consistency and transparency, SSG implements a system based on six core components:

• Robot Arm: Performs tasks such as picking up products from the input position and moving them to the designated position.

• Image sensor camera: Identifyes product features and provides data to the processing system.

• Conveyor belt: A transport system that facilitates the continuous flow of products between stations.

• Electrical cabinet: Contains devices for protecting and distributing power to the entire machine system.

• PC: Acts as an information processing station, storing databases and running complex algorithms.
